This steam oven combines the advantages of healthy steam cooking, such as the preservation of nutrients and flavour, with the options of possible combinations which the manufacturer-specific built-in range offers. Its front panel harmoniously blends in with modern kitchen environments. The control concept was optimised for ovens with a TFT display. For a better understanding of menu sequences and selections, colour coding, animation and plain text are used.
