The new electromechanically driven SpeedStar applicator head sets new benchmarks in terms of speed, durability, application temperature and dimensions. Short switching cycles allow small and precise dots of adhesive to be applied in fast processes. Despite temperatures of up to 185 degrees centigrade and high viscosity levels, the applicator head possesses an extended life cycle. The sealing concept, featuring a combination of electronic stroke monitoring and cycle evaluation, offers circuit times of more than 250 million cycles.
