This external fixator for the primary care of bone fractures combines three different connector diameters in one coupling. Quick fixation of the components using the disposable thumbwheel supports fracture reduction and indicates that the final tightening of the coupling is yet to be carried out. The convex connecting elements converge to a triangular shape, and the green colour scheme has a calming effect.
