The design of the Metronome conference table imparts aesthetics and lightness – the key elements of this collection are simplicity and sophistication. The aluminium frame is inspired by sculptural structures found in large buildings, where mass and gravity are optimally balanced. This approach lends the table its characteristic appeal. The materials were selected to ensure that all elements are recyclable. The meticulously manufactured table legs are available in clear anodised aluminium or fully polished aluminium, while the tabletop may be selected from a wide range of wood veneers and laminates. The centre of the table opens up to expose a brightly coloured compartment, which conceals all power connectivity, enabling this table to be used flexibly.
