EagleEye and LineScan belong to a product family of laser triangulation sensors. In the triangulation process, a light beam is focused on the surface of an object and the light is reflected back into the receiver optics. The sensors are used for precise and quick sensing in production as well as for quality assurance of surfaces and geometries, above all in the areas of bodywork, mould construction, toolmaking, model construction and design. They provide precise data on the diameter, position and form of the measured element.
