The Gynocular is a colposcope for the early detection of cervical cancer. It is so small and light that it can be carried in a pocket, thus making it possible to take the examination directly to the patient. The colposcope is made in Sweden and has already been used in Bangladesh and Uganda, giving rural populations access to cancer screening. The device’s optics and LED technology meet the latest technical standards.
