The heart rate is measured directly in the inner ear so that users can monitor their performance and establish personal training zones according to the heart rate. With the accompanying Jabra Sport Life app, individual goals can be defined based on distance, time or calorie consumption and the training session subsequently evaluated through diagrams. Furthermore, the earbuds are sweat- and weather-resistant.
