The gas cooktop of the Flat series is based on the flatly constructed hob series Defendi S4, for which a highquality glass ceramic is used. The glass ceramic surface is thermally resistant, safe and assures stable performance. The flame apertures of the heating elements are sloped so that the firing angle is increased and the heating power is concentrated. The pot supports and operating knobs are also sloped and thus contribute to a harmonious overall impression.
