These serving bowls are designed to keep food warm. The combination of the double walled cover and the insulating air gap between the two serving bowls, which are placed into one another, ensures a long and effective insulation. A hook on the knob of the cover allows to rest it vertically on the rim of the outer bowl. In this way, condensed moisture can drain from the cover back into the container. The outer bowls can be used separately to serve cold dishes, while the serving spoon matches all bowls.
