The stackable die-cast aluminium pressure cooker set features an innovative high-pressure-resistant non-stick coating with stone particles. The wall thickness of these pots is up to three times thicker compared to conventional stainless steel pressure cookers. This allows a 35 to 40 per cent higher pressure tolerance. That reduces the cooking time and energy consumption while preserving vitamins and nutrients. A steam control valve with cold-spray-fog-function reduces the risk of burns by hot steam as the hot steam escapes upwards.
