The design of Pure Komachi was inspired by Japanese aesthetics. The grater range features three different grating surfaces, created by precision etching technol-ogy. The visually appealing structures are reminiscent of traditional Japanese kimono pattern, called Edo Komon. The handle, which is optimised for the index finger, together with the back of the grater, made of nonslip elastomer, guarantee safe and comfortable handling.
