The VarioInspect LED light tunnel supports surface checks in the paint shop. The LEDs are integrated into aluminium profiles and create a uniform, smooth reflection. The E-LED units enable finely adjusted control, e.g. the light intensity and temperature can be precisely regulated, making it possible to detect even the slightest blemishes in the paintwork with ease. Running along a floor track is a trolley that supplies materials, water, power and compressed air for finishing work. The number and spacing of portals can be chosen as required.
