The intelligent RIID PET dispensing system is used for the automated intravenous injection of such a radiopharmaceutical. The system is controlled via an easy-to-use touchscreen. The heavy construction weighs 550 kg and is supported by a strong enclosure made of stainless steel. The shielded chamber protects medical personnel from radiation exposure.
