The compact Cubicon Style 3D printer is self-contained on three sides in order to make it safe to use on a desk. The handleless glass door at the front can be opened and closed by exerting gentle pressure. As soon as the printing process starts, the object is illuminated from all four sides. The robust housing is characterised by its contrasting materials, combining matt-black anodised aluminium and glossy acrylic surfaces. The touch interface has pleasant tactile qualities.
