In developing this summer tyre, the main focus was placed on the asymmetric pattern with its wide rubber blocks on the tyre tread, which provide grip when driving around bends at high speeds. Four water grooves prevent aquaplaning and reduce noise. On wet roads, they also ensure grip during braking manoeuvres and good steering behaviour in bends. A newly developed silica rubber compound and special rubber grades serve to reduce rolling resistance and fuel consumption.
