The vertical hood and the induction hob of the Whirlpool W5 Built-In Collection are synchronised with each other, so that the suction power of the hood automatically adapts to the settings of the induction hob. When the hob is switched off, the hood slowly reduces its suction power to zero. Special features of the induction hob are the heating zones, which are highlighted by a two-coloured printing.
