In the centre of this bakery is a circular display with a diameter of four metres. This shape represents the cycle of seven weekdays and visualises the store’s concept and the hope that customers will enjoy their bread every day. The circular motif is repeated, for example, in the counter and seating areas, thus creating a unit that encloses the entire space. The materials used, such as plaster, natural wood, brass and terrazzo, are deliberately plain in order to achieve a balance with the eye-catching circular shaping.
