This timeless tableware features a combination of fine bone china and rustic ash wood. The serving plate with three integrated bowls and the matching Jausenplatte are part of the airline´s Dine on Demand concept. Passengers can choose and combine their individual appetizer selection. Since hygienic regulations do not allow wooden plates in airline catering, a flat porcelain plate was developed and combined with a wooden tray in order to create the authentic look of a German Jausenplatte (traditional or hearty snacks on a plate).
