The Smart Oven Pizzaiolo is a domestic counter-top oven capable of reaching 400 degrees Celsius. Combining this extreme heat with an innovative heater and reflector construction, brick oven-style pizza can be cooked in less than two minutes. The Incoloy heating elements have been developed with variable power intensities to bake the pizza crust evenly. Heat configuration and temperatures are controlled automatically as selected or set manually.
