The AFG 5000 filling and closing machine provides great variability and flexibility in the sterile filling of pharmaceutical powder into vials (containers). It is characterised by a compact design, good accessibility and a very high output of up to 480 vials per minute. A filling-weight control weighs the vials immediately before and after the filling process, without interrupting the continuous flow of the process. The innovative Mix-Mode machine type enables the dosing of two different powders into the same container.
