mychef evolution is a combination cooking oven for professional use. Its appearance is characterised by clear forms and a 6.5-inch touchscreen. The display is integrated in the front panel and indicates all information in real time. The cooking chamber is illuminated by a vertical LED strip. An even, sterile steam supply is also generated at low temperatures by technologies such as the UltraVioletSteam and MultiSteam systems. Thanks to an innovative housing design, individual components can be quickly changed. The oven can also be controlled via an app.
