The m781 is a mincer for home use. The nozzle can be quickly and simply detached, making cleaning easier. The stainless steel and cast aluminium surfaces are smooth and hygienic. If hard solids touch the nozzle, reverse action starts automatically in order to avoid damaging the machine. Switching on and off, setting the rotation speed and starting the reverse action are performed via a single, discreetly lit rotary knob.
