My Cycling presents the patented indoor cycling system TNT (Technogym Neuromuscular Training). With instruction sessions of 40 or 70 minutes, the cyclist’s speed and power can be changed continuously. The programs, compiled by experienced coaches, enable the cyclist to train efficiently. In order to improve triathlon or mountaineering performance and optimise the cyclist’s efficiency in the saddle, the My Cycling app provides continuous feedback on the circularity and symmetry of their pedalling technique in real time.
