Lumi Plus is an equipment for playgrounds that takes up kinetic energy and transforms it into light and sounds. The children are thus encouraged to use it more extensively. This counteracts problems they have with mobility and coordination between the age of three and six years. While children aged three or more years are sitting lower and safer with their back against the backrest, older children from six years up place themselves backwards using the backrest as a handle.
