The Tos Fru machining centre has been designed for the machining of complex workpieces such as steam turbines, marine engines and aircraft components. The gantry has been incorporated into the machining centre, enabling optimum use of the working space. The dark areas of the machine are made from fine-meshed expanded metal and contribute to motor cooling. The control room with lighting ramp is slightly raised and travels vertically to provide better visual control over the machining process.
