The N8 and E7 smartphones represent how a complex product may experience simplification through intuitive and natural design. They are the expression of a design process originating from the inside out, with the objective of achieving a high degree of connectivity, durability, and easy handling. Each phone is housed in a shell of anodised aluminium and is equipped with an AMOLED touchscreen with glass surface to improve readability under bright light conditions. Various sensors facilitate a natural integration of human gestures, for example two-finger movements, allowing applications (and the devices themselves) to be controlled intuitively. The N8 has a 3.5” display and a 12-megapixel camera for high-resolution photos and videos. The E7 includes a slider display revealing a complete QWERTY keyboard. Its 8-megapixel camera is also suitable for shooting high-resolution photos and videos.
