The EZ Pole portable IV stand enables patients to move around freely while receiving an intravenous injection. It is comprised of three main components: shoulder hook, pole and bottle holder. Furthermore, there are soft shoulder pads and two fastening straps, which are strapped around one shoulder and across the chest. The weight of the bottle is therefore evenly distributed along the body so as to decrease pressure on the shoulder areas.
