Heat accumulation is thus avoided, moisture immediately wicked away, and cooling prevented. Scientific tests have proven that deep sleep periods are extended by up to 20 per cent and an ultimately enhanced and calmer sleep results. The temperature range has likewise been extended: it spans from 20 to -1 degrees centigrade.
