This sofa was made using 100 per cent recycled paper storage bags, a metal frame and rubber straps. It is easy to transport when flat-packed and is inflated for use. Every bag can be personalised simply by using a pen. If it gets dirty, it is not expensive to replace. The bags consist of two layers of Kraft paper and a single ply plastic layer. They can withstand a pressure of two tonnes and, furthermore, the paper is waterproof.
