This blood glucose monitoring system was designed especially for use in combination with the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. It is inserted into the earphone jack, and the blood glucose readings are transmitted directly to the terminal device where the data is presented in graphic form. It features a minimal configuration in order to be lightweight and easily portable. An integrated LED light makes it easier to find the test-strip port.
