The VMT8000 series is used as a terminal on forklift trucks and vehicles, as well as on production lines and machines. These terminal PCs are intuitively operated and withstand the rough conditions in industrial workplaces. This is guaranteed by the touchscreen made of hardened glass, the rigid aluminium housing, which functions as a passive cooler, and the solid, glass-reinforced polyamide front. The series is also shock-protected and waterproof. With only two special screw connections, which can withstand even strong shocks and vibrations such as when installed on forklifts, the terminal can be pivoted and adjusted to any viewing angle using various mountings.
