Greenpad is an environmentally friendly concrete system for car parks, roads and walkways as well as landscaping. It has a high capacity for absorbing rain water, because the concrete surface is interrupted by grass areas. In addition, it minimises heat reflection off the surface. The method applied here combines four different modules to create a wide range of patterns. The grass has already been planted in the modules, which are firmly fixed in place using a load bearing structure made of iron rods and concrete.
