The design of the Arctic knife series responds to the fact that many chefs grip the knife on the blade and not entirely on the handle. Consequently, all knives feature a rounded top edge and an ergonomic handle. The smooth, polished handle allows hanging the knife for storage and features a recessed area for the thumb. Each blade was designed for its specific purpose whilst the design language harmoniously blends into the overall appearance of the series.
