Halo has been designed to emphasise the aesthetic and technological potential of Hypetex, an innovative coloured carbon fibre. The technically complex, yet refined, chair follows a modernist dictate of “form follows function” with the removal of all unnecessary clutter. This is juxtaposed with the decorative aesthetic of the material, which was developed by engineers from Formula One racing. The contoured shape of the chair interacts harmoniously with light creating vibrant refractions on the surface.
