This food dehydrator uses infrared radiation in order to dehydrate foods by achieving a similar effect as by dehydration in the sun. Stainless steel is used for the interior of the appliance to maximise penetration by near-infrared radiation. The low-noise food dehydrator contains five levels which are evenly heated. Users can choose between two dehydration methods – sun-drying or air-drying.
