ScoopThat! facilitates scooping hard ice cream through an innovative approach. From the moment it makes contact, the head of the scoop absorbs the cold of the ice cream, softening it without melting it. The scoop makes the cold travel through heat fins inside the handle and into an area filled with phase change material that absorbs and releases large amounts of heat. The all-aluminium design ensures fast heat transfer while the non-stick scoop allows creating evenly shaped ice cream balls.
