The TE 60-ATC/AVR combihammer with an electro-pneumatic hammer mechanism is the fourth generation of hammer drills by the Hilti brand in the 6–7 kg class. It is ideal for drilling holes up to a diameter of 40 mm and is primarily used in concrete with a high risk of hitting steel reinforcing bars. In addition to drilling, the tool is also used for chiselling work such as removing tiles or creating channels for laying cables. Moreover, the current model also features a detachable power cable.
