The commercial service robot Jelly can both recognise and show human emotions. Its movement sequences are based on three rotating axes. The neck is particularly flexible in order to create natural, humanoid movement. The robot can carry out a wide range of tasks, such as taking video calls, translating spoken text, sending e-mails or renting a car. It is characterised by a gender-neutral appearance that is designed to look simple and elegant. Therefore, it blends into the home and the office equally well.
