This refers to a letter from the family saying that everything is fine at home. Unobtrusive bamboo edging makes the devices look friendly and inviting, thus reducing patients’ fear of the examination. In addition, the use of bamboo is a unique feature in the industry, clearly referencing the oriental legacy of the brand.
