The °SensoRed frying pan makes it possible to easily recognise the ideal frying temperature since the Marsala-coloured pan features a thermo-sensitive nonstick sealing. A colour change of the entire inner surface indicates when the ideal frying temperature is reached: while the cold frying surface is speckled, at optimal temperature the speckles can barely be perceived. The effect is reversible and, as the frying surface cools down, the colouring returns to its original tone.
