The Borgward BX5 belongs in the category of compact SUVs but offers a great deal of room, thanks to a long wheelbase. The design is based on the design philosophy of Modern Tradition, which aims at elegance, dynamics and an autonomous presence. The front is characterised by the distinctive octagon grille. Wing lines define the wide shoulders and impart on the sides a dynamic progression, which is reinforced by the coupé-like roof line. The interior consistently continues with the design language of the exterior.
