Sustainability characterises the Kungsbacka kitchen cabinet front which is made of recycled wood covered with a plastic film manufactured from PET bottles. It takes 25 bottles to produce one cabinet door. That equates to 1,000 bottles for an entire kitchen. The anthracite grey front differs from traditional kitchen collections which tend to be white, thereby signalling its innovative nature. In addition, its upper edge is chamfered to create horizontal lines and an interesting interplay of reflections and shadows.
