These bracelets were designed especially as souvenirs of a visit of the Great Buddha of Leshan sculpture in the Chinese province of Sichuan. To produce the three different designs, among the materials crafted were selected organic ones from the vicinity of this sacred site. The associated bags, which are offered in five colours, are made from grass. The knots attached to them and the gold coloured characters also relay Buddhist messages.
