The name Molecure is split and reorganised from the words “molecule” and “cure”. The design approach returns to the original purpose of pharmacy – extracting molecules from nature to synthesise drugs that cure diseases. It centres around the idea of building a space which is named “green in the lab” and combining the seemingly conflicting qualities of primitiveness with technology, just like new compounds formed due to processes at the molecular level. The design reflects the two characteristics of a molecule – connectivity and aggregation.
