The TC series of kitchen knives are forged and handcrafted from high-alloy Swedish steel. The heat treatment of this stain-resistant steel gives each blade outstanding durability and exceptional edge retention. A visually distinctive mosaic rivet in the handle offsets the knives’ straightforward aspects of the design. Each knife comes with a carbonised ashwood sheath featuring an integrated magnet to safely secure the knife blades and protect them against scratches during storage.
