In order to improve safety for the use of pressure cookers, GALAXY follows a new design concept: the recessed grips as well as the lid and other heat-conducting components are completely covered with plastic. In addition, the easy-to-clean steam valve is placed at 45 degrees to the handles to prevent scalding. The stainless steel pressure cooker is available with two different lids in various colours.
