The X1-PRO is an aquatic resistance training system for swimmers of all skill-levels. A compact, anodised mechanism creates a bidirectional, variable resistance, its range spanning from free movability to immobility. It can be used up to distances of 50 metres and also offers stroke correction to deliver maximum training results.
