The lifts of the KONE DX range offer a new user experience thanks to integrated connectivity, since they can be connected to innovative solutions and services via application programming interfaces (APIs). Such interfaces make it possible to give commands to the lift via mobile devices as well, for example to call it by using the company’s Elevator Call API solution. Through the interfaces, a lift can also be actively integrated into the building ecosystem so that, for instance, residents are recognised and welcomed. The system can be variably adapted to changing requirements.
