The new Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard has been revised to make typing more comfortable. The key layout is divided by the gabled case, while the angles of the key caps are contoured to allow the user to remain in a neutral posture for extended periods of time. The palm rest is shaped in a way that allows hands and arms to be placed at an ergonomic angle. Since it incorporates foam and fabric, a comfortable work surface is provided.
