The Food Wing solves a food mess problem after cutting food. The unit is a curved cutting surface, whereby a plate or other receptacle can be slid under and out from under the cutting board to facilitate easy processed food removal. The unit uses about one-fifth the wood of a cutting board with the same sized footprint.
